If your computer is a computer client care, explain the importance of keeping the computer in a clean environment and temperature controlled.

Take time to write down all of the brand, model and serial number of computer components so that you can explain to the client emergency matters that may occur and how to cope.
Clean the monitor, keyboard and mouse with special cleaners are used for this.
Clean the keyboard with a smooth and powerful spray with the air compressor that you already have.
Clean the front and at the back of the PC with a compression pump. Be sure to also clean the cooling fan.
Open the case and use a computer vacuum or pump air to remove dust and dirt from the fan and the casing.
Check the connections the device, make sure the cable does not cause airflow.
Clean the optical drive using a lens cleaning CD / DVD.
How to Maintain Computer Software
Once the outside and inside of the casing clean, run the PC and log on to Windows by using an account that has administrative access. By doing the following software maintenance, you can be sure Windows will optimize the safety and speed.
Run Windows Update to get updates automatically.
Update your anti-virus or antivirus installed if the computer needed. Our recommendation is the free Microsoft Security Essentials.
Find and delete the old program or software testing.
Update your web browser to the current version.
Clean temp File Browser. In IE, open the browser and click Tools, then Internet Options. Under the General tab, click Delete under Browsing History for more options.
Run Disk Cleanup to delete temporary files and empty the Recycle Bin. Please click Start> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Disk Cleanup.
After Disk Cleanup, Disk Defragmentor run from the same location.
Backup of data-images, movies, music, and email to an external device.
Technician should always perform this treatment on a client computer, especially a new one on the first visit. Home users can run this list on a monthly basis.
